3. Products & Pricing
- All fragrances are inspired by luxury designer perfumes but are not originals and not affiliated with any brand owner.
- Each bottle contains 110 ml of perfume.
- The current price is R375 per bottle.
- Special Offer: Order any 4 bottles and receive FREE delivery (save R100).
- Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders retain the price agreed at the time of purchase.
4. Ordering Process
- Customers review the available fragrances from our digital catalog or WhatsApp list.
- Orders are placed directly via WhatsApp by messaging +27 76 142 5998.
- An order confirmation is sent once stock availability is verified.
- Payment instructions are provided after confirmation.
5. Payments
- Payments must be made in full before dispatch.
- We accept secure electronic transfer (EFT) or any additional method we may announce.
- Proof of payment must be sent to our WhatsApp number or email.
- Orders are processed only after payment reflects in our account.
6. Delivery
- Standard delivery within South Africa is offered on the following basis:
- Door to door delivery at R100 per package.
- Pargo pickup point is charged based on location
- If you are in the Johannesburg North region, we can arrange for Uber Package courier and this will be depending on your location.
- Orders of 4 bottles or more qualify for free delivery.
- Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers; delivery times vary by region.
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays or loss once parcels are handed to the courier.
- Customers should provide a valid daytime address and postal code where someone can receive the delivery.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a bottle has been opened.
- Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us immediately via WhatsApp.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist on a case-by-case basis.
8. Product Authenticity Disclaimer
Mystique Elixirs creates perfumes inspired by popular designer fragrances.
All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.
References to brand names are for comparison and identification only.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Mystique Elixirs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use or inability to use our products or website.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities; customers should test fragrances before full application.
